Renting Our Villas
Some travellers who have never rented a villa or vacation home are naturally curious about the villa rental process. Here are answers to some of the most commonly asked questions about renting our villas.
Q. What are some of the advantages of a villa versus a hotel?
Privacy – in your villa, in your pool, with your family and friends. Freedom to choose your own pace and style. Cost savings when traveling with your family or larger groups. Freedom to cook and eat anything at any time – without depending upon hotel schedules. Space to spread out and enjoy a nicely designed, appointed and outfitted home.
Q. How far in advance do I need to book the villa?
Our villas tend to get booked several months in advance. If you are sure or your travel dates put a deposit on it. In most cases it is first come, first served. Please do not book your flights, excursions or hire car until you have it in writing from us that your dates are available.
Q. When do I need to put a deposit down to reserve the villa?
Within 2 days of saying "yes I'd like to reserve a villa for my holiday", this can be paid by bank transfer, PayPal or by cheque. A reservation is not considered valid until the deposit money is received.
Q. What are the additional costs?
- Pool heating £12 per day
- Hot tub £12 per day
- Air con £15 per day
- Wifi £25 a week
-1 Free Travel cot - additional cots £3 per day
- 1 Free Highchair - additional highchairs £3 per day

Q. How much of a deposit do I need?
The deposit for all villas is 15% of the total.
Q: When do I pay?
The full final payment is due 8 weeks prior to travel. When making a last minute reservation (within 30 days prior to arrival) 100% of your payment is due within 3 days of making the reservation.
Q: What are the forms of payment I can use?

Q: Can I reserve the same villa for the same time next year if I like it?
If you would like to reserve the same villa for next year, we strongly encourage you to rebook villa as soon as you return home.
Q: How many people can I bring with me?
The maximum occupancy for any villa is 2 people per bedroom. If you arrive with additional people above the maximum occupancy allowance, you will be asked to leave the villa and forfeit your rental.
Q: Will I need to put down a security deposit on my villa rental?
A Security Deposit of £150 is required. This is paid 8 weeks prior to travel with your full payment. If there are no accidental damages, loss of keys or excess cleaning required then the damage deposit will be returned 5 days after you vacate the villa.
Q: How do I get directions to the villa?
We will provide you in advance with Arrival Information which will include the key code to gain access to the villa and directions from the airport.
Q: Should I buy Travel Insurance?
YES! You've invested a lot of money, time and aspirations into your upcoming vacation, and Travel Insurance serves to protect that investment from cancellation, delay, loss, theft or disruption due to medical emergencies (on vacation or back at home).
Q: Who do I contact in the event I have a problem at the villa?
Our management company in Lanzarote, will respond to any problem you might have at the villa. You will be supplied with their contact information, along with other important local phone numbers.
Q: What time is check in and check out?
Check in is 3pm. Checkout is 10am.
